This is an integrative approach to women's embodiment. We are descending deeper into the body, pelvis, and yoni through anatomical and physiological study, a somatic approach to healing, a grounded approach to spirituality, and an approach to sexuality and eroticism that expands us beyond shame.
Our ceremonial processes will be in equal balance to our messy, wild humanness. It’s ALL welcome! The body of woman represents all of life: The darkness and shadow realms as well as the light, and we acknowledge that. This is the lost education that the collective needs.
We will be learning to truly situate our consciousness into our pelvic bowl and body to transform our lives and access our full creative, sensual range as women. If you only want woo-woo love and light BS, this isn’t the training for you. If you aren’t comfortable connecting with the Earth, connecting with your womb, pelvis, and yoni both internally and externally, nudity (always your choice), and expression of sexuality, this isn’t for you.
BUT if you are ready to edge into a new way of being and leave dripping wet in your authentic Eros, connected to your body, creativity, somatic remembrance, pleasure, and purpose like never before while serving and guiding other women to do the same if you feel called... this definitely IS the training for you!
Delani is a trauma-informed somatic sex and relationship coach, spiritual mentor, female embodiment guide, and women’s pelvic and yoni health educator. She is the founder of Submission to Source and carries a deep passion for women coming home to their body, intuition, and eros.
She has a background in Psychology and loves to combine modern scientific approaches to wellness and embodiment with ancient wisdom. With over a decade of experience practicing and teaching yoga, Eastern medicine is instilled deeply in her work.
Delani deeply believes that the combination of somatic embodiment, spiritual practice, and female body literacy is the magical vortex that creates a spiral of true transformation for women on an individual and collective level. She feels a strong call for tending to the shame instilled within us to access liberation, and she absolutely emphasizes we get to be both the whore and the holy woman in this lifetime.
Generally, no. If you genuinely feel a dissatisfaction for some reason inside of the program and can thoroughly explain why, it will be considered, but we will ultimately determine if we are willing to issue the refund. Yes, we offer 3 month payment plans.
This is definitely a training where having an openness to connect with your body is important; however, we always encourage boundaries, and you will be the one required to determine those from one moment to the next.
Approximately 2-3 hours per week if you are wanting to receive the certification in 3 months. Remember though, in total you have 6 months to complete the training in order to receive the ceritfication which would make it less of a time committment each week. AND, also remember you don't need to go for the certification, and you still have access to all of the content for 1 year which means you can go even slower.
If you adhere to the guidelines required, you will receive a certificate of completion with your name on it signed by Delani at the end of the training.
Yes, the idea is that this knowledge can help to expand your existing knowledge in your current area of service or expertise. For example, if you are a yoga teacher who has been trained in Hatha/Vinyasa, the information you’ll receive in this training can help you to teach women specifically, align your yoga sequences with different phases of the womb cycle, and adjust asana to better cater to female anatomy. If you are a somatic intimacy coach, you can incorporate your new-found knowledge of pelvic anatomy into your guidance on female pleasure and orgasms.
When you sign-up, you are agreeing to complete the entirety of the financial investment. If for some reason you miss a payment, you will be sent a single reminder email 3 days following. If you miss it for a consecutive 7 days, you will be removed from the program and revoked access to the content.
We will be offering 1 scholarship to a woman who feels she is not at a place financially to make the investment. If you feel you may be a candidate, reach out to us at submissiontosource@gmail.com or DM on Instagram @submissiontosource and we will send you details to apply.
Yes, absolutely! The more the merrier. If you are more of a go at your own pace type of woman, that is okay too.
